Do I need to be home?

What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A standard clean covers everyday surfaces and floors. A deep clean adds the detail work — baseboards, inside appliances, grout, vents, cabinet fronts and build-up that accumulates over time. First-time clients often start with a deep clean, then move to standard visits.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment — just call or reply to your confirmation email.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the areas in question at no charge. We'd rather fix it than lose you.
